Art+Feminism Wikipedia Edit-A-Thon
Join us at Cline Library on
Mar. 30, 2018 from 10am - 4pm,
in room 131 for a day of editing Wikipedia pages concerning woman- and femme-identified artists and designers.
This all-day event is designed to improve coverage of women and the arts on Wikipedia and encourage female editorship. The edit-a-thon will include an introduction to underrepresented women artists by Art History faculty, tutorials for the beginner Wikipedian, ongoing editing support, reference materials, and refreshments.
People of all gender identities and expressions are invited to participate, with a special welcome to transgender and cisgender women.
